January 2024. Our foundation event, a tapas cooking course, took place in Paderborn on Friday evening at the K wie Kochkunst cooking school. Students from the Alexander Haindorf Haus were able to prepare tapas together with the tutor team Pauline and Oliver and Christina, our Community Manager. Although we hardly knew each other, it was an exuberant atmosphere with lots of fun cooking, accompanied by good music and delicious wine.
