It is located in the new technology park on the Südring, just a few minutes' walk from the university and the main railway station. The neighbourhood surrounding the Alexander Haindorf Haus is very diverse. Shopping facilities, restaurants, cafés, cultural institutions and the extensive green spaces of the Paderquellen are all nearby.

The Haxterpark, a popular golf course, is only a few minutes away. The former rubble dump "Monte Scherbelino" is now a popular local recreation area with some excellent views as far as the Eggegebirge mountains. The residents of the Alexander Haindorf Haus are an international community of students from all over the world. They regularly organise joint activities such as barbecues, games evenings, cookery courses, sporting events and excursions.

How is the apartment equipped?

Can I remove furniture from the flat or bring my own furniture?

You are welcome to bring your own furniture. However, the existing furniture cannot be removed.

Are pets allowed?

In consideration of the residents as a whole, the landlord's responsibility and in the interests of proper management of the building and the residents' flats, the keeping of animals is prohibited. This takes into account the close connection between the flats within the building and the communal use of the rooms and areas provided for this purpose, as well as their facilities, and the different cultural and religious backgrounds of the residents of the building.

What do I do if something breaks in the flat?
