Producing natural cosmetics

November 2023. On Saturday afternoon, some SMARTis / students from the FELIXX Family had the opportunity to make natural cosmetics together with the lovely Karen Rose in Berlin. The workshop was accompanied by Birge, the tutor from the Lotte Laserstein Haus, and Christina, our Community Manager. The students were allowed to make three different products - a lip balm, a cold balm and a bath salt or shower bomb. In teams of two, the organic natural materials beeswax, shea butter, coconut oil and almond oil were heated in a water bath and then refined with aromas. After the two-hour workshop, everyone was allowed to take their products home with them.
